Refund policy

Returns (Professional Brow Tools & Kits)

We offer a 7-day return window from the date your order is marked as delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused

  • Item must be in original packaging

  • All seals must be intact (if applicable)

  • Proof of purchase is required

Because our products are used for professional beauty services, we do not accept returns on any opened, used, or tampered tools or products for hygiene and sanitation reasons.

Starter kits must be returned complete and unopened. Missing items will void return eligibility.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale:

  • Opened or used tweezers

  • Used mapping string or mapping pens

  • Opened concealer palettes

  • Used tint brushes

  • Any opened or used starter kits

  • Digital products or online courses

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

  • The shipping box

  • The product

  • The shipping label

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your return is approved, you may place a new order separately.


Refunds (If Approved)

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you of the decision.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.


Digital Courses & Training Programs

All online courses, trainings, and downloadable materials are final sale.

Due to immediate access to proprietary content, we do not offer refunds, transfers, or exchanges under any circumstances.

Unauthorized copying, sharing, recording, reproducing, or distributing any course content will result in account termination and may lead to legal action.
